A very comprehensive library of around 140 documents, which include, Policies, templates, letters, guides, checklists, forms and advice, it covers every aspect of HR and employment.
Why is this a game changer ? Because we now have access to On TAP as part of our monthly retainer and this will hugely reduce the telephone and email traffic as we will almost certainly have a document that will answer our question or we will be able to use. In fact, in just browsing through the library we were able to use two documents immediately.
